Aug. 20th, 2012 12:32 amLook at that: despite the fact that I very seldom do any work on my own, and the fact that I skipped two out of the last five weeks, all this yoga I've been doing has had some effect. Both my hamstrings and my lower back are stretchier than they used to be (and my teacher says these are related, even, in much the same way that keeping my shoulder back stops my head from hurting).
