I am only halfway through this video and it is pleasing me greatly. (Except that the narrator says "Wedge" at 3:31 when everyone knows he was talking about Red Leader.)

You are perhaps confusing Alderaan - a small blue-green planet in a galaxy far, far away - with Aldebaran, a red giant star in our own galaxy, which is Alpha Tauri and is celebrated in the Hitchhiker's Guide (Aldebaran's great, okay) as the source of fine wines and liqueurs.]
