ugh (dream theater)
Sep. 27th, 2011 09:37 amLast night/this morning: nightmares of particular horrifyingness. At first it was just something about someone in my section collapsing during a performance - unpleasant and scary, but not that bad, compared to the second reel, which had to do with being held against my will in some sort of log cabin, for nefarious purposes of course, required to don frontier-period dress and instructed to enjoy things it was claimed the other women enjoyed - bleh, the whole thing was nasty and the alarm went off just as I was fighting back.
Woke up (eventually) with what I am learning to recognize as massive tension in my scalp, that is, with tension in my facial muscles sufficient to have pulled my scalp down too tight. Took a naproxen and brought my ice pack with me to work, where it is now strapped to the back of my neck. We are learning.
