finished the work thing and got it submitted and was only five minutes late for class as a consequence.
handed in the paper, which two days later I learned got a 100% and (therefore?) an A in the class. \o/
haven't been to work since, and only owe four hours (as had done 36 hours for the week by Wednesday afternoon; I'll pay back the extra four next week)
sent Himself off on his merry motorcycle trip; he called from his waypoint after by my estimate a shade less than 12 hours of riding. (Totally exhausted, poor thing.)
went to the fair with datlowen and looked at some prizewinning stuff, ate some cheese, and watched the demolition derby.
bought a whole mess of peaches and tomorrow I'm going to make jam and it ought to be faaabulous.
also laundry.
